12 Inch Flat Corner Spoons

The flat corner spoon has two functions: It's great for scraping the accumulated sauce away from where the pot sides and bottom meet, as well as a 'spoon' for stiring and tast-testing. There is no spoon 'bowl'. The idea is to dip it into the hot food and remove it. The air cools the remaining sauce that's left on the spoon surface for a taste test. Take your finger and swipe the sauce off the spoon and taste, or just lick the spoon itself.
