14 Inch Flat Corner Spoons

This is a larger version of the 12 inch flat corner spoon. They both perform the same two functions very well: It's great for scraping the accumulated sauce away from both the surfaces of the pot sides and bottom in one easy motion, as well as a 'spoon' for stiring and tast-testing. There is no spoon 'bowl'. The idea is to dip it into the hot food and remove it. The air cools the remaining sauce that's left on the spoon surface for a taste test. Take your finger and swipe the sauce off the spoon and taste, or just lick the spoon itself--your choice.
