Cheese Knives

All cheese knive are designed and made from very dense hard woods. I hand-sculpt each knife. The 'blade' is made to spead cheeses and sandwitch spreads. It can cut extra-sharp cheese at ambient temperature . That's pretty good for a wood knife. But the best thing about their design is the way the handle fits in the hand. It's so comfortable.
