If you are not completely happy with our product, simply return it within 30 days in it's original carton and in selling condition. We will replace it, exchange it, or refund the purchase price.

HUMIDOR LIFE TIME WARRANTY

That means VISIONS IN WOOD will repair or replace any defective cigar humidor free of charge for the life of the original purchaser. Simply return your humidor and we will repair it and return it to you free of charge. We pay the shipping charge back to you. Please understand: For this generous warranty to remain valid, care must be taken to insure no mishandling or accidental damage occur for the life of the purchaser. Only defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired without charge to the original purchaser. (The Travidor humidors have one year warranty.) We can offer this warranty in confidence, because we are certain that you will be completely satisfied with our products. They are built for a life time of use.

We do offer a repair service. If a humidor is accidentally damaged, we will repair it at minimum cost.

SHIPPING: We use UPS Ground shipping as standard delivery.

All our humidors are shipped free of charge within the contiguous United States. Delivery charges will apply to overseas and noncontiguous United States Deliveries. Call for details.

A shipping and handling charge of $5.50 will be added to all Jewelry Treasure Boxes delivered in the contiguous United States. Additional charges will apply to overseas deliveries.
