The tray's field is made up of vertically cut Wenge, much like a guitar is designed.
The tray sides are tapering bent lamination, and the ends are shaped solid Wenge.

Michael Ferreira design. This is a "presentation box" for a bottle of Bordeaux wine. Cocobolo Rose wood makes up the entire case, which was inlayed on all 6 sides with Turquoise, much like a mosaic. The grain pattern was enhanced and offset by the inlay.

Carved Alaskan Yellow Cedar wood and leafed with copper gilding. Patinated to an aged bronze.
Base is carved wood, copper gilded and then patinated to resemble rock formation. Comes with a patinated and hammered copper stand.
